Our lovely Alex Coy came in third in the Asahi Rising Stars - Northern Heat with his fiery cocktail "Sweet Patronage". A spicy and fresh Japanese inspired cocktail made with tequila, sweet lychee and zesty yuzu liqueur, finished with a touch of fresh chili for a fiery bite. Stunning!
