I am the Walrus


Mini Chocolate Brownies with coconut and pandan ice cream...mmm

Walrus Canteen and Bar opened its doors to Manchester's great and good. After months of hard work, the wait was finally open and our opening night was a huge success!

Guests gathered to sample a taste of Walrus, including some of the brilliant people who had contributed to its success: interior designer Bernard Carroll, Dinosaur the creative agency behind Walrus' quirky branding and identity, amongst many many others.

Guests enjoyed the wonderful selection of fresh fruit cocktails and sampled an array of south-East Asian delights served on bamboo and banana leaf trays
